Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Germany: Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team at info@subeauty.de.

PAYMENT

Credit Card

If you choose to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express), you will be asked to enter your personal information and credit card details into a secure form. This data will be transmitted via a secure connection to the payment provider. The credit institution will verify your transaction details and credit limit within seconds and notify the seller of the result. If approved, your credit card will be charged the agreed amount.

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay for your purchases securely and easily—without entering your bank account or credit card details, as these are stored in your PayPal account. The only requirement is a PayPal account, which you can create at www.paypal.com.

Klarna

Instant Bank Transfer, Direct Debit, or Credit Card
With Klarna, you can pay for your orders immediately via instant bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card. All your purchases can be viewed and managed at any time in your Klarna account.

Pay Later
“Pay Later” gives you 14 days to settle your invoice. In your Klarna account, you can extend your payment deadline by 10, 30, or 60 days for a fee or convert your invoice into a financing plan.

Installments
With Klarna's installment option, you can customize your payment plan. Divide your costs into fixed or flexible installments for up to 24 months.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.

RETURNS

You can return unwanted items within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and/or used and are in their original packaging). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not comply with the following guidelines; such items will be returned to the customer.

This includes items that:

  • Have been used

  • Have altered, overwritten, or removed labels

  • Are incomplete (e.g., missing instructions)

Refunds for credit card payments may take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank's processing time. This duration may vary by credit institution or card issuer.

Refunds for PayPal payments are available immediately.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Received a damaged item?

Please send a photo of the damaged item to service@suskin.de. Once we receive the proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible to either refund the item or send a new, undamaged replacement.

Received a defective item?

We classify goods as defective if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect is identified within 30 days of purchase. Items are not considered defective if the condition results from expected wear and tear, in which case we cannot assume responsibility.
