What is Keratin Lifting?

Keratin lifting is a unique treatment in which the hair structure of the eyelashes is nourished with numerous vitamins, proteins and amino acids.
In the first phase of the lifting, the keratin layer of the eyelashes is opened and is receptive. The eyelashes are then enriched with the active ingredients of the keratin treatment and in the second phase we close the keratin layer again.

How does keratin lifting work?
The active ingredient complex of keratin, hyaluronic acid and collagen nourishes the hair root and prolongs the anagen phase (active hair growth phase) of the eyelashes.

Keratin is one of the main components of the hair structure. The protein strengthens the eyelashes and makes them elastic. Hyaluron is a moisture reservoir and makes the eyelash hair thicker. Like keratin, collagen is a fibrous protein. Both are based on amino acids. Collagen is responsible for elasticity, firmness and balanced hydration of skin and hair. Collagen anchors the hair follicles in the dermis.

Other ingredients:

Retinol is the strongest form of vitamin A, it promotes cell growth. It also acts as a potent antioxidant and protects against free radicals. Retinol stimulates collagen production. The eyelashes are strengthened from within and growth is stimulated. Panthenol, with its high vitamin B5 content, acts as a moisturizer and gives the eyelashes more shine. Thiokopherol contains vitamin E - involved in the transport of oxygen to the follicles of the eyelashes.
Almond and argan oil make the eyelashes silky. The fatty acids coat the eyelash hair with a protective film and protect it from external environmental influences. They also give the eyelashes a silky shine and make them soft and smooth. Almond oil is particularly suitable for brittle and dry eyelashes.
Plant extracts from nettle, the ylang-ylang plant and aloe vera strengthen the eyelash structure and stimulate growth.
