What is permanent make-up?
Permanent make-up is a pigmentation in the top layer of skin. You can imagine it as a very superficial tattoo that fades completely after a while.
How long does permanent make-up last?
Since it is a pigmentation of the top layer of skin, the color fades continuously over time. The fading process depends on various factors, such as: metabolism, blood circulation, and sebum and sweat production, to name just a few.
Does permanent make-up discolor?
If the pigment contains iron oxides or titanium oxides, for example, the color can change after a while. In this case, the eyebrows often become reddish in the fading process.
Our pigments do not contain any of these additives. Therefore, all of our pigments fade neutrally and do not discolor.
What is the difference between permanent make-up hair drawing and microblading?
With permanent make-up, the hairs are worked into the skin with a machine; the vibration distributes the color more in the tissue than with the microblading method.
The permanent make-up hairs are therefore significantly wider than the microblading hairs and become blurred over time. In addition, the microblading hairs run in the direction of growth and therefore have a unique "authenticity effect". The permanent hairs are only pigmented in one direction and therefore do not look like real hair.
Therefore, if you decide to have hairs drawn on your eyebrows, we only offer the microblading treatment.
If desired, this can be combined with a light permanent make-up powder shading for a denser result.
What are the "Fusion Brows"?
We call the combination of microblading and a light powder shading with permanent make-up "Fusion Brows".
The microblading hair pattern is condensed with powder shading, creating an even more three-dimensional effect.
"Fusion Brows" are particularly suitable when there are few or no eyebrow hairs of your own or when the remains of someone else's work need to be covered.
Can permanent make-up cause scars?
If permanent make-up is worked too deeply into the skin and the skin is injured too much, scars will form.
We only work epidermally for all pigmentation procedures. The epidermis (top layer of skin) can regenerate completely and no scars are formed.
In addition, follow-up treatment may only be carried out after 28 days at the earliest, so that the skin has completed a regeneration process before it is injured again.
How do I determine the right shape and color for me?
The eyebrow shape is measured using the golden ratio. It is always individually adjusted to the face, and the symmetry is also balanced.
After the preliminary drawing, the shape determination is explained and discussed. No pigmentation will be carried out unless you are 100% happy with the color and shape.
The color is selected according to the natural eyebrow hairs in order to achieve a natural result with an authentic effect. All colors from light blonde to dark brown are possible and are mixed individually.
What do I need to consider before and after pigmentation?
Please inform us of any medication you are taking and any planned vacations in the sun. Please do not expose your skin to the sun immediately before treatment and do not go to a solarium shortly beforehand.
Avoid caffeinated and alcoholic beverages 24 hours before your appointment. If acute skin diseases/skin changes are found in the area to be pigmented (e.g. sunburn, acne or advanced rosacea), we recommend an analysis or treatment by our beautician beforehand.
After the treatment, we will explain the correct care to you in detail and we will provide you with all the necessary care products. It is important that you do not have a vacation planned in the next 14 days after your appointment that would expose your skin to the sun.
How many follow-up treatments do I need for permanent make-up?
We recommend having two follow-up treatments, each 4-6 weeks apart. It is entirely up to you whether you attend the follow-up treatment appointments, so you have the option of paying for them individually. However, we definitely recommend that you attend all treatments within the recommended time frame in order to achieve the maximum saturation result.
Am I socially acceptable after permanent make-up?
After a permanent make-up treatment on the eyebrows, you can go out in public again straight away; there will be no swelling or severe crusting. Slight redness, mainly from plucking the eyebrows into the right shape, cannot be ruled out, of course, but this can be covered with a little make-up around the eyebrow if desired, until it subsides after a few hours.
Does permanent make-up hurt?
Pigmentation is only applied epidermally, i.e. very superficially to the skin. Of course, even a slight injury to the skin is unpleasant.
However, our customers report that the pain during the treatment is minimal and is comparable to the pain from plucking eyebrows, for example, and is absolutely bearable.
Is a separate consultation appointment necessary?
You are welcome to drop in for a consultation at any time during our opening hours without an appointment and receive personal advice from us. However, you will be given all the necessary information before each initial treatment and therefore do not need to come for a separate consultation. The color and shape selection will also be made together beforehand. Before any pigmentation is carried out, all your questions will be answered.
Who performs the permanent make-up treatment?
All pigmentation procedures are carried out exclusively by Susann Herdegen personally. She has ten years of experience and has specialized, among other things, in correcting the work of others.

Is it possible to achieve a natural result?
With permanent lip makeup, you can choose the color you want. You can either opt for a very striking color or a natural lip tone. If desired, the lips can also be pigmented only to balance out lighter areas of the natural lip color without it being noticeable that pigmentation has been applied.
Can you only pigment the lip contour?
Theoretically, pigmenting the lip contour alone is possible. However, we strongly advise against it and therefore do not offer it. Pigmenting only the lip contour will result in a very unnatural result.
What different techniques are there for lip pigmentation?
There's the so-called "Powder Lips" pigmentation, also called "Stardust Lips." In this case, the pigment is applied in such a way that a powdery appearance is achieved.
There are also the so-called "watercolor lips." This pigmentation technique is considered the most natural, as the lip contour blends naturally with the shading.

Since it's a pigmentation of the top layer of the skin, the color fades continuously over time. The fading process, in turn, depends on various factors, including metabolism, blood circulation, and sebum and sweat production, to name a few.
Can lip pigmentation cause herpes?
Opening the top layer of skin slightly increases the risk of herpes outbreaks. This is especially true for customers who are generally prone to herpes simplex. If this applies to you, we recommend consulting a doctor or pharmacist for preventative measures.
How do I determine the right shape and color for me?
The shape of the lips is measured using the golden ratio. It is always individually adjusted to the face, balancing symmetry. The shape of the lip contour can be drawn more rounded or squared upon client request.
After the preliminary drawing, the shape determination will be explained and agreed upon. No pigmentation will be performed without your 100% agreement with the shape.
The color can be chosen either completely natural or in a bright shade. It is individually mixed, so the color selection is very large.
What do I need to consider before and after permanent lip make-up?
Please inform us of any medications you are taking and any planned sun-soaked vacations. Please do not expose your skin to the sun immediately before treatment or visit a tanning salon shortly beforehand.
Please refrain from caffeinated and alcoholic beverages 24 hours before your appointment. If you have any acute skin conditions or changes in the area to be pigmented (e.g., sunburn, acne, or advanced rosacea), we recommend a prior analysis or treatment with our aesthetician.
If you have an acute herpes simplex virus (this infection usually manifests as a cold sore), lip pigmentation should not be performed. If this herpes is not acute but has occurred in the past, we recommend taking preventative measures. Consult a doctor or pharmacist for advice.
After the treatment, we will explain the proper care to you in detail, and we will provide you with all the necessary products. It's important that you don't plan a vacation within 14 days of your appointment that would expose your skin to the sun.

However, we definitely recommend that you complete all treatments within the recommended timeframe to achieve maximum saturation results.
Can permanent make-up cause scars?
If permanent make-up is applied too deeply into the skin and the skin is damaged too much, scars will form.
For all pigmentation procedures, we work exclusively on the epidermal layer. The epidermis (top layer of skin) can fully regenerate, and no scarring occurs.
In addition, follow-up treatment may only be carried out after 28 days at the earliest, so that the skin has completed a regeneration process before it is injured again.
Am I socially acceptable after permanent lip make-up?
After lip pigmentation, your lips will experience mild to moderate swelling, which will usually subside within 24 hours. To speed up this process, you can gently cool the affected areas.
Does lip pigmentation hurt?
Pigmentation is only applied epidermally, i.e., very superficially, to the skin. Of course, even slight skin damage is unpleasant.
However, our clients report that the pain during the treatment is minimal and, especially due to the anesthesia, it is a rather unusual feeling and absolutely bearable.
Is a separate consultation appointment necessary?
You are welcome to drop in for a personal consultation at any time during our opening hours without an appointment. However, you will be thoroughly informed about all the necessary information before each initial treatment, so there's no need to come for a separate consultation. We will also decide on the color and shape together beforehand. All your questions will be answered before any pigmentation is performed.

What is eyelash thickening?
Eyelash thickening with permanent make-up means a thin, natural eyeliner that makes the eyelashes appear thicker. The pigmentation begins at the inner corner of the eye where the eyelashes begin and ends naturally at the outer corner of the eye.
Which colors are possible for eyelash thickening?
We often use a brown-black pigment for eyelash thickening to achieve a very natural result. An intense black tone is also possible for a more striking look.
How long does eyelash thickening last?
Since it is a pigmentation of the top layer of skin, the color fades continuously over time. The fading process depends on various factors, such as: metabolism, blood circulation, and sebum and sweat production, to name just a few.
Since the skin on the eyelid is very thin, pigmentation on the eyelash line lasts quite a long time. Over time, it gradually becomes lighter.
What should you consider before and after eyelash thickening?
Please inform us of any medication you are taking and any planned vacations in the sun. Please do not expose your skin to the sun immediately before treatment and do not go to a solarium shortly beforehand.

What is the difference between eyelash thickening and permanent eyeliner make-up?
While eyelash thickening involves pigmenting a very fine and natural "line", permanent eyeliner makeup involves pigmenting a wider "line", just as you would apply makeup.
What colors are possible for eyeliner?
Pigmentation with a brown-black pigment as well as with an intense black tone are possible.
Can I have an additional shade pigmented for eyeliner?
If desired, you can add a so-called "Stardust Shade" to the eyeliner. This creates an effect similar to a light eyeshadow.

What is Microblading?
Microblading is a pigmentation of the top layer of skin in which fine hairs are inserted using a needle in the direction of growth of the eyebrow.
How long does microblading last?
Microblading lasts, just like classic permanent make-up.
Three treatments are required to achieve a saturated color result. Since this is a pigmentation of the top layer of skin, the color fades continuously over time. The fading process depends on various factors, such as: metabolism, blood circulation, and sebum and sweat production, to name just a few.
Can I have microblading touched up regularly?
Yes, every 6-12 months you have the option to have the color refreshed, so you can determine the duration of durability yourself.
How do I determine the right shape and color for me?
The eyebrow shape is measured using the golden ratio. It is always individually adjusted to the face, and the symmetry is also balanced.
After the preliminary drawing, the shape determination is explained and agreed upon. No pigmentation will be carried out unless you are 100% happy with the shape.

Our pigments do not contain any of these additives. Therefore, all of our pigments fade neutrally and do not discolor.

The microblading hair pattern is condensed with powder shading, creating an even more three-dimensional effect.

Am I socially acceptable after microblading?
After a microblading treatment, you can immediately return to social activities; there will be neither swelling nor a strong crust.
Slight redness, mainly from plucking the eyebrows into the right shape, is of course not excluded, but if desired, this can be covered with a little make-up around the eyebrow until it subsides after a few hours.

What are eyelash extensions?
Applying eyelash extensions is a method to thicken and/or lengthen the natural eyelashes with artificial, glued-on eyelashes.
What are the eyelash extensions made of?
There are different options for what kind of material eyelash extensions can be made of. The most commonly used material is silk or synthetic mink. However, there are also eyelash extensions that are made of plastic.
We work with synthetic mink eyelashes in our salon.
What techniques of eyelash extensions are there?
Firstly, there is the 1:1 extension. With the 1:1 technique, a single artificial eyelash is attached to a natural eyelash. This allows you to create an extension of your own eyelashes, but does not create a strong volume.
A 1:1 technique is suitable for someone who wants a very natural result or for someone who has a lot of natural eyelashes.
On the other hand, there is the volume technique. This is suitable for both lengthening the natural eyelashes and creating more density. How much volume you create depends on the natural eyelashes and your wishes. Everything is possible, from natural to strong volume.
Are you still unsure which technology is right for you?
We will be happy to advise you. >
Are different swing strengths possible?
Yes! It all depends on the natural eyelashes. If your natural eyelashes are very curved, for example, you shouldn't choose extensions that are too curved.
It is also possible to create a special look with special effects such as the so-called "Cat Eye Lashes" or the "Doll Eye Lashes" using different curl strengths.
How long do eyelash extensions last?
We recommend having your eyelash extensions refilled every two to four weeks.
Due to the natural regeneration cycle of natural eyelashes, they fall out and grow back approximately every four to six weeks. Of course, not all natural eyelashes fall out at once, but each eyelash falls out at a different time.
After both two and four weeks, not all of the eyelash extensions have fallen out, but they gradually become less. Everyone's growth cycle is different, so each person's eyelashes can last a little longer or shorter.
Do eyelash extensions damage your own eyelashes?
No, if the eyelash extensions are applied correctly and well cared for.
This requires teamwork between you and the stylist. The stylist must not overload or stick the natural eyelashes together so that they can grow back without damage. It is your job to ensure that the eyelashes are handled correctly. If both pay attention to everything, the natural eyelashes will not be damaged, even in the long term.
What do you have to consider when caring for eyelash extensions?
To ensure that the eyelash extension glue can harden sufficiently, we recommend avoiding contact with water for 24 to 48 hours. Cleaning products that contain oil can cause the glue to come off prematurely, so we recommend using a special cleaning foam for eyelash extensions, which you can purchase in our salon.
Due to the effect of eyelash extensions, applying mascara is no longer necessary and should also be avoided. Otherwise, the fine eyelash extensions would stick together and lose their "fluffy" look.
How long does an eyelash extension treatment take?
A new installation takes between two and two and a half hours.
Filling the eyelash extensions takes one to one and a half hours.

What is lash lifting?
Lash lifting creates long-lasting eyelash curl without the need for mascara or eyelash curlers.
By lifting both the shorter and longer eyelashes, they not only appear longer, but also noticeably thicker than before the treatment. For maximum effect, the eyelashes are tinted during the treatment.
Are there different strengths of curl in lash lifting?
Yes! The eyelashes are attached to a special silicone pad, with a distinction being made between three different curl strengths. Of course, we choose the optimal version depending on your preferences and the shape of your eyes.
What is the difference between lash lifting and eyelash perming?
In principle, lash lifting and eyelash perming are similar, the differences lie in the type of treatment and the result. Since the eyelash perming involves bending the natural eyelashes over a roller, the curl begins in the middle of the eyelashes. In addition, they adapt to the shape of the roller and therefore appear shorter when viewed from the front, whereas with lash lifting the eyelashes are straightened from the base. This makes the result of the lash lifting appear longer and thicker to the viewer.
How long does lash lifting last?
Depending on the natural growth of your eyelashes, the results can last up to eight weeks.
When can I repeat the lash lifting?
Theoretically, there is no time limit on how long you have to wait before repeating the lift. We recommend waiting at least four weeks before repeating an eyelash lift. This way, most of the last curl will have grown out and it will be worth creating a new one.
Does lash lifting damage your own eyelashes?
No. The phases of the lash lifting are specifically designed to treat the eyelashes and do not harm them.
Even if you repeat the procedure after about four weeks, the natural eyelashes will not be damaged. Because you are not treating the same eyelashes over and over again, but rather new natural eyelashes grow through the eyelashes' natural growth cycle, the natural eyelashes are never treated too harshly.
What should I pay attention to after the lash lift?
After an eyelash lift, you should avoid contact with water for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you don't have to worry about anything. It doesn't matter if the eyelashes come into contact with salt or chlorine water, or if you rub them or apply mascara. The effect of the lift remains unchanged. Using care products that contain oil is also not a problem.

What is keratin lifting?
Just like with classic lash lifting, keratin lifting creates a long-lasting curl to your eyelashes without the need for mascara or eyelash curlers.
By lifting both the shorter and longer lashes, they not only appear longer but also noticeably thicker than before the treatment. For maximum effect, the lashes are tinted during the treatment.
What is the difference between lash lifting and keratin lifting?
In terms of results, there's no difference between a lash lift and a keratin lift. The only difference is that with a keratin lift, your own eyelashes receive additional intensive care.
The active ingredient complex of keratin, hyaluronic acid, and collagen nourishes the hair roots and extends the anagen phase (active hair growth phase) of the eyelashes. Keratin is one of the main components of the hair structure. This protein strengthens the eyelashes and makes them elastic. Hyaluronic acid acts as a moisture reservoir and thickens the eyelashes.
Like keratin, collagen is a fibrous protein. Both are based on amino acids. Collagen is responsible for elasticity, firmness, and balanced hydration of skin and hair. Collagen anchors hair follicles in the dermis.

Was ist Brow Lifting?

What is skin analysis for?
Our computer-assisted skin analysis allows us to find out exactly what skin type you have and what your skin is lacking. Based on these results, we can create the perfect treatment and care plan for you, for visible, fast results.
What exactly is measured during skin analysis?
During the skin analysis, we will first fill out a medical history form about you and discuss it together. Then the measurements are carried out. The moisture content, elasticity, porosity, fat content and wrinkle formation are measured.

What is microdermabrasion?
Microdermabrasion is an intensive peeling treatment in which the top layer of dead skin is gently removed using fine microcrystals. The crystals are projected onto the skin at high speed and then removed using a vacuum.
Who is microdermabrasion suitable for?
Microdermabrasion is suitable for all skin types, particularly for wrinkles, scars, pigmentation disorders, blemishes, enlarged pores, and calloused skin, as it increases the absorption of active ingredients. Contraindications include open skin areas and open inflammations.
Will I be able to socialize after treatment?
Yes! Slight redness may sometimes occur, but this usually subsides within the first few hours after treatment. After the treatment, the skin will be plumper, firmer, rosier, and feel soft and smooth.
What should I pay attention to after the treatment?
The skin should be touched as little as possible and make-up, saunas, solariums and sun should be avoided for 24 hours.
At what intervals should I repeat the treatment?
We recommend repeating the treatment every four weeks, as the skin regenerates every 28 days and new dead skin cells form.

What is ultrasound?
Cosmetic ultrasound is a physical method for treating the skin. The ultrasound waves cause the skin cells to gently vibrate. This allows active ingredients to penetrate deeper into the skin, stimulating metabolism, blood circulation and lymph drainage.
Who is the ultrasound suitable for?
Areas of application of ultrasound include wrinkles, light damage, atrophy, vascular instability (telangiectasias), blemishes, scars and cellulite.
What results can I expect?
The ultrasound activates collagen and elastin synthesis, strengthens the connective tissue, reduces inflammation, stabilizes blood vessels and reduces redness. The result is plump, fresh skin.
When should I not have an ultrasound treatment?
Contraindications are systematic tumor diseases, acute infections or inflammations, skin cancer, pacemakers (in the treatment area), open skin areas and severe circulatory disorders.
Can ultrasound treatment only be performed on the face?
No, ultrasound is also often used to tighten connective tissue on the stomach, legs and buttocks.

What is microneedling?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment method that allows us to deliver active ingredients tailored to the skin's specific needs where topical treatments cannot. Treatment with sterile, disposable microneedles greatly increases the skin's absorption capacity, allowing appropriate aftercare to take full effect during the skin's regeneration phase.
How does microneedling work?
In this innovative microneedling treatment, different from traditional dry microneedling, various active ingredient complexes are introduced deep into the skin. The microfine needles penetrate the epidermis, activating growth receptors that stimulate the body's own production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. The skin regains its elasticity, and the connective tissue is visibly tightened.
Microneedling is mainly used for wrinkles, pigment changes and scars.
Will I be able to socialize after treatment?
Immediately after treatment, minimal swelling and redness may occur. However, these usually subside within a few hours.
Does microneedling hurt?
The depth of penetration is individually tailored to the client's skin needs and pain sensitivity. The treatment is relatively uncomfortable but not painful.

What is Aqua Facial?
Aquadermabrasion deeply cleanses the skin. The skin is rinsed with water and a suction vacuum removes dead skin cells, sebum, dirt and make-up residues, blackheads and impurities. It also allows active ingredient complexes to be intensively introduced into the skin.
How does Aqua Facial work?
In the first step, dead skin cells are removed with the water vortex. When the superficial keratinization of the epidermis has been removed, the peeling phase begins. Encrustations and sebaceous ducts are softened by a glycolic acid peel. The skin is now ready for deep cleansing. The water vortex rinses the skin deep into the pores. In the same step, sebum, dirt and make-up residues, blackheads and impurities are sucked out of the pores and sebaceous ducts. After the skin has been intensively cleansed, it is extremely absorbent and hyaluronic acid, vitamins and antioxidants are introduced.

What is Plasma Pen?
The Plasma Pen is a novel plasma technology that allows the top layer of skin (epidermis) to be sublimated.
How does the plasma pen work?
The Plasma Pen utilizes the plasma state of matter. A so-called plasma generator ionizes the air. The resulting plasma cloud enables controlled removal of excess skin.
Unwanted skin areas are removed and tightened through the application of heat. The epidermis is essentially vaporized during the treatment. To achieve immediate contraction and tightening of the skin fibers, individual points are placed next to the wrinkles/skin areas to be removed. This process neither damages the surrounding or underlying tissue nor introduces unwanted heat energy.
How long does the result last?
As we age, the body's own hyaluronic acid content and the number of collagen fibers decrease. As a result, the skin loses elasticity and firmness. Most external signs of skin aging (fine lines, wrinkles, dryness) are closely linked to the loss of hyaluronic acid.
Other factors also lead to skin aging, such as: genetic predisposition, hormonal changes, sun rays, medications, alcohol, tobacco and stress, to name just a few.
Sun rays, in combination with the natural aging process of the skin, cause new pigment and age spots to appear.
They form because the number of pigment-producing cells in the dermis increases. Since the treatment does not stop the skin's aging process but rather minimizes the existing visual signs, the durability of the treatment results decreases over time. Depending on the skin's condition and aging process, the treatment should be refreshed annually.
Will I be able to socialize after treatment?
Immediately after treatment, slight swelling and redness may occur. During healing, thin, dark scabs form on the treated areas. After the scabs have fallen off, which usually takes three to seven days, a slightly pinkish skin color usually remains. This can be covered with makeup. Once the epidermis has fully regenerated, the skin color is no longer visible.

How long does a microblading training take?
You have 6 months to complete all 12 levels.
This timeframe is generous. If, for example, you invest one to three hours a day in your exercises, it's definitely possible to achieve the Artist title in four to six weeks.
On average, my students complete their training in between one and three months.
If, for whatever reason, you need longer, you can always book additional months.
What prior knowledge do I need for the microblading training?
Absolutely no previous knowledge is required to become a microblading artist.
In addition to the theory and practice of microblading itself, I also train you in the areas of dermatology, hygiene and color theory.
Do I have to be a beautician to learn microblading?
Cosmetic training is not a prerequisite to becoming a microblading artist.
Advantages that a cosmetic training would offer would include, for example, the topics of dermatology and hygiene.
Among other things, the Phi Brows Premium course includes extra courses on exactly these topics, which is why anyone can book this course.
How much does a microblading training course cost?
The course fees amount to €2,900 including 19% VAT.
The course fee includes the following:
Phi Brows Premium Starter Kit 3.0 worth over 1300,-
two-day face-to-face seminar
six-month support via the Craft Master app
4 extra courses: Skin Expert, Hygiene, Get More Clients, First Class Service
Powder shading
Payment in installments is possible upon request.
Can I pay for the microblading course in installments?
Yes, payment in installments is possible.
Please contact us for further information.
Do I get a starter package?
Yes. The Phi Brows Premium course includes the Premium Starter Kit 3.0.
It contains all the materials for practicing as well as materials for up to 80 treatments for clients.
Are two days of attendance really enough to be able to work with customers later?
During the two days of attendance, you will learn all the content of the 12 levels of the entire course in detail.
I will teach all theoretical topics in detail. And we will perform the entire treatment procedure together on a model.
But the course does not end after the two days.
I will support you online after the course.
How come?
In order to internalize what has been learned and to be able to apply it confidently to customers, a lot of practice is required.
That's exactly what the online seminar is all about: repeating what you've learned until you've mastered it.
Your training will only end once you have successfully completed all 12 levels in the Craft Master app.
Because then both I as a master and you as a student can be sure that you have mastered the technology.
Can I learn microblading online?
Yes. We offer a 6-month online course.
The microblading treatment is divided into 12 steps. You begin with a preliminary drawing on paper to understand the theory.
You then practice building up the hairs step by step on latex practice skin.
The online course is available 24/7, allowing you to practice at your own pace. I'll guide you through each of the 12 levels to evaluate your exercises, answer questions, and optimize your technique.
For each individual step there are detailed explanatory texts, example images and videos in theory and practice.
It is therefore possible to complete the training in the online course.
However, I recommend booking the two in-person days (which always include the online course). This gives us the opportunity to work together on the live model, and I can better observe and support you in your implementation.
How do you practice microblading?
Microblading is practiced on latex practice skin, an artificial skin into which the microblading blade can be used to create the hairline pattern.
Since the structure is very similar to human skin, it is ideal for practicing.
This means there is no risk of injuring someone during the first attempts.
How do you win clients after microblading training?
The topics of branding, service, online marketing, social media, Google Ads, recommendations and many more are important to understand how to properly present and market yourself and your services.
Firstly, the Craft Master app offers you, as a Phi Brows student, free access to the GET MORE CLIENTS course, where you will receive important tips on customer acquisition.
On the other hand, I will address the above-mentioned topics during the attendance days and answer any questions about them.
When will I receive my certificate?
You will receive two certificates in total.
You will receive your participation certificate immediately after the two days of attendance.
This confirms your successful participation in the seminar and serves as an aid in finding models.
You will receive another certificate, the Phi Brows Artist Certificate, once you have completed all 12 levels in the Craft Master app.
This declares you an officially trained microblading artist.
Is the Phi Brows Artist certificate recognized worldwide?
Yes. As official PhiAcademy Masters, my students will hold the title of Phi Brows Artist. This certificate is recognized worldwide and stands for quality and a solid education.
Can I start my own business with microblading?
Of course. The Phi Brows Premium course fully trains you to become a microblading artist.
As a provider of this service, you are able to register a business and thus become self-employed.
Can I also offer microblading on the go?
Of course. Just like when working in a studio, mobile artists must also adhere to hygiene regulations.
For example, if you don't have the option to start as a home studio or open a salon right away, working remotely has many advantages.
What is the difference between microblading and powder brows?
The Powder Brows treatment is a mechanical shading technique. The result is similar to the look of touching up your eyebrows with powder.
Microblading is a purely hair drawing that is done manually.
In my seminar, you'll learn microblading hair drawing. It also includes a reading on the theory of powder brows. On the practical day, I'll demonstrate this technique in combination with microblading.
So after completing the course you will have mastered both techniques.
What additional costs should I expect after the microblading training?
Initially, none. The starter kit contains materials for up to 80 customers.
All you need is 1 lounger, 1 lamp, 1 rolling stool and disinfection products.
(You can buy loungers online for around €80.00.)
Who is holding the seminar?
I hold all seminars myself, without exception.
I also personally supervise and assess the online seminar. It's important to me to get to know each of my students personally so I can address their individual needs.
Your first point of contact is my assistant Laura Müller.
She will provide you with all the details about the seminars and can answer all your questions.
She organizes the training dates, carries out the registration with you and supports you with the technical activation of the Craft Master app.
Can you fail the microblading training?
Actually, not. You can't fail any of the 12 levels because you have no limit on the number of attempts to pass a level.
However, access to the Craft Master app is limited to six months. If this isn't enough time for you, you can purchase individual months.
But realistically and on average, my students complete all levels in one to four months.
Are there individual microblading training courses?
No, I only offer group seminars.
How come?
I firmly believe that you learn a lot more in a group than alone.
In a group training session, significantly more model work is presented. You learn not only while working on the model with me, but more importantly, while watching others work on the model. You're less nervous and can listen more attentively to what I'm explaining.
Other students often ask questions you wouldn't have thought of at the time. This way, you gain more information.
In a team of people who pursue the same goal, have the same ambitions, but also the same fears, you have a much higher motivation to work on yourself and your abilities than if you are alone with these feelings.
I expect all my students to act collegially and support one another, because as a team we are much stronger than we could ever be alone.
In which languages is the microblading training available?
The content of the online course is available in German and English.
I will hold the in-person seminar in German. Even if you aren't fluent in German, you'll still be able to follow the class, as all the learning content will be presented visually.
I'm happy to explain steps to individual students repeatedly if they didn't follow along the first time. I can also repeat the steps in English.
If someone speaks neither German nor English, there is the possibility of bringing a translator.
How can I get advice about the microblading seminar?
What is the SU SKIN algae peeling treatment?
The SU SKIN Algae Peeling Treatment is a biological deep peeling treatment with microneedles made from freshwater algae. The fine algae particles gently penetrate the uppermost layer of the skin, stimulating circulation, metabolism, and cell renewal – all without acids or devices. It's especially popular for sensitive or tired skin.
What is SU SKIN Bio-Microneedling?
SU SKIN Bio-Microneedling is a more advanced, more intensive form of algae peeling. Bio-microneedles are inserted deeper and combined with active ingredients. The skin is specifically "stimulated" to trigger strong regeneration – comparable to classic microneedling, but without machines, needles, or blood.
What is the difference between the SU SKIN algae peeling and the 100% organic microneedling?
Both methods utilize natural bio-needles, penetrating the skin up to 3.5 mm deep and stimulating cell renewal—but they differ in intensity and range of effects. 100% Bio-Microneedling relies on a particularly high density of bio-needles (Spongilla spicula), which provide intensive micro-stimulation. This method is ideal for deeper skin problems such as scars, acne, or pronounced wrinkles. The numerous needles create targeted micro-injuries that stimulate the skin's natural regeneration process and significantly improve the absorption of active ingredients. Depending on the skin's condition, severe to very severe peeling may occur in the days following the treatment.
The algae peel combines approximately 60% organic needles with highly effective algae extracts, vitamins, minerals, and probiotic cultures. It works more gently but just as effectively – particularly suitable for sensitive skin types such as those with couperose, rosacea, or perioral dermatitis. The anti-inflammatory algae substances soothe the skin while promoting natural light to strong exfoliation.

What care do I need after the treatment?
Whether algae peeling or bio-microneedling: the right aftercare is crucial for the success of the treatment.
Only if the recommended care steps are followed after the treatment can the skin regenerate optimally, possible irritations are avoided and the result is sustainably improved.
Our specially formulated SU SKIN home care set soothes the skin, moisturizes it, and protects it from external influences. The skin begins to renew itself from within and shed old, damaged cells.
