General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of SU SKIN GmbH

§ 1 Scope and Provider

1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts regarding services, training, products, and subscription models between the customer and SU SKIN GmbH, Wilhelmstraße 9, 53111 Bonn.
1.2. SU SKIN GmbH is represented by Susann Herdegen.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

2.1. The offers of SU SKIN GmbH are non-binding and subject to change. A contract for services, training, products, or subscription models is only concluded upon acceptance of the customer’s order by SU SKIN GmbH.
2.2. Appointments for services and training can be booked via the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or on-site and are considered binding.
2.3. If the customer is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the agreed service or training cannot be performed, and the price remains unchanged. If the customer is up to 15 minutes late, the price remains unchanged, even if the treatment or training time is shortened accordingly.

§ 3 Description of Services

3.1. SU SKIN GmbH offers services in the field of beauty care, training, products, and subscription models. A detailed description of the services is available on the SU SKIN GmbH website (www.suskin.de).

§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms

4.1. Prices for services, training, and products are listed on the website.
4.2. Payment can be made in advance, via PayPal, Klarna instant transfer, voucher, credit card, or on-site.
4.3. Prices include statutory VAT and packaging costs. Shipping costs are not included and will be charged separately.
4.4. Payment must be made to the account specified on the invoice.
4.5. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due no later than 21 days after invoicing or 10 days after delivery. Interest on late payments will be charged at 5% above the applicable base rate p.a. The right to claim further damages remains reserved.

§ 5 Booking and Cancellation

5.1. Appointments can be made via the website, WhatsApp, phone, email, or on-site. Payment options are listed on the website and respective booking pages.
5.2. Cancellations: Appointments may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, the full price will be charged.
5.3. For delays of more than 15 minutes, SU SKIN GmbH reserves the right to cancel or shorten the appointment. The full price remains payable.

§ 6 Value Vouchers

6.1. Customers may purchase value vouchers via the SU SKIN GmbH website.
6.2. Value vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid for three years.

§ 7 Online Shop

7.1. SU SKIN GmbH operates an online shop on its website offering various products.
7.2. Payments for products can be made in advance, via PayPal, Klarna instant transfer, voucher, or credit card.
7.3. A 14-day statutory right of withdrawal applies to purchases from the online shop. The customer must return the products unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

§ 8 Seminars and Training

8.1. SU SKIN GmbH offers seminars and training courses for professional purposes. These are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8.2. SU SKIN GmbH retains ownership and copyright of all materials provided — including electronic formats such as online seminar videos, training documents, etc.
8.3. These materials may not be made accessible to third parties without the express written consent of SU SKIN GmbH.

§ 9 Limitation of Liability

9.1. SU SKIN GmbH is liable for damages caused by improper application of services or by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer only within the limits of statutory provisions.
9.2. Liability for breach of contractual obligations or tort is limited to intent and gross negligence.
9.3. Statutory warranty rights apply to products purchased via the online shop.

§ 10 Retention of Title

10.1. Goods remain the property of SU SKIN GmbH until full payment has been received.

§ 11 Transport Damage

11.1. If delivered products show obvious transport damage, the customer must immediately report this to the courier and notify SU SKIN GmbH.

§ 12 Warranty Rights

12.1. Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 13 Right of Withdrawal

13.1. In case of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods unused and in original packaging to SU SKIN GmbH, Wilhelmstraße 9, 53111 Bonn.
13.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to seminars, webinars, or services already rendered.

§ 14 Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal

14.1. No right of withdrawal exists for custom-made or clearly personalized products.
14.2. Nor for goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been removed.
14.3. Nor for delivery of audio or video content if the customer has been given access to the full course and SU SKIN GmbH (Susann Herdegen) has fully delivered the contractual service.
14.4. If you attend an in-person seminar during the withdrawal period, your right of withdrawal expires, as the service has been fully rendered.
14.5. Business customers are not entitled to a right of withdrawal.

§ 15 Subscription Models

15.1. SU SKIN GmbH offers subscription models with monthly payments.
15.2. Subscriptions include monthly webinars and one in-person training day.
15.3. Subscription contracts have a minimum term of 12 months and cannot be canceled during this period.
15.4. Payment is made monthly; early cancellation before the end of the term is not permitted.
