Microblading treatment Bonn Cologne

MICROBLADING

NATURAL THICKENING OF THE EYEBROWS

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a pigmentation of the uppermost skin layer, where fine hairs are worked into the skin in the natural growth direction of your eyebrows using thin needles.

You have the choice
What is the difference between Permanent Make-Up and Microblading?

Both Microblading and Permanent Make-Up are pigmentations of the uppermost skin layer. The difference lies in the application technique. In Permanent Make-Up, the color pigments are applied machine-based and evenly into the skin. Microblading, on the other hand, is manually pigmented as fine hair strokes.
The combination of Microblading and a light Permanent Make-Up powder shading is called "Fusion Brows."
Here, a natural hair stroke drawing is first pigmented by Microblading, and afterwards, to achieve a more three-dimensional and denser effect, a powder-look Permanent Make-Up is shaded in certain areas.

Long-lasting results
How long does Microblading last?

Microblading lasts just like classic Permanent Make-Up.
To achieve a saturated color result, three treatments are recommended. Since it is a pigmentation of the uppermost skin layer, the color gradually fades over time.
The fading process depends on various factors and is therefore individual for each person, including metabolism, blood circulation, sebum, and sweat production, to name a few.
Every 6-12 months, you have the option to refresh the color, allowing you to control the duration of the effect.

Be independent
Are all treatments paid for at once?

No, each treatment is paid for individually. You decide when and how often you want to visit us. We only recommend a treatment schedule.

Your skin matters to us
When should the follow-up treatments take place?

Since the skin renewal process takes about 28 days on average, we recommend intervals of 4-6 weeks.
This allows the skin to regenerate and prevents excessive irritation during subsequent treatments.

We offer freedom of choice
Do you have to do all three treatments?

Whether you attend the follow-up appointments is entirely up to you, and you can pay for each treatment separately.
However, we definitely recommend completing all treatments within the suggested timeframe to achieve the maximum saturation result.

Flexibility
Does Microblading fade completely?

Yes! And that is a good thing because our face, facial expressions, skin, and especially our taste change over time, giving us the opportunity to adjust our eyebrows accordingly. If the color is not refreshed annually, it will be fully absorbed by the body and faded by external factors, leaving no residues. How long it takes for the pigmentation to fade completely depends on the individual and can only be estimated to a limited extent beforehand.

Am I socially presentable after the treatment?

After a Microblading treatment, you are immediately socially presentable. Usually, there are no swelling or noticeable scabs.
Slight redness, mainly caused by eyebrow plucking to shape them correctly, is of course possible but can be covered with some makeup around the eyebrows if desired until it fades after a few hours.
We will thoroughly explain the proper care after treatment, and you will receive all necessary care products from us after each treatment.

Beauty is individual
Is there the right color and shape for me?

Yes, we have the right color for every skin and hair type.
From light blonde to dark brown, everything is possible and always individually adapted to the type and wishes of the customer.
For the shape sketch, we take enough time to draw the perfect shape for everyone and then pigment it. The shape is measured according to the golden ratio on the face and cheekbones.
No pigmentation will be done unless you are completely satisfied with the color and shape.

What should I consider shortly before pigmentation?

Please inform us of any medication you are taking as well as planned sun vacations. Avoid caffeine-containing and alcoholic beverages 24 hours before your appointment.
If acute skin diseases or skin changes are present at the area to be pigmented (e.g., sunburn, acne, or rosacea in an advanced stage), we recommend an analysis or treatment with our cosmetician beforehand.

Is a separate consultation appointment necessary?

You can book a free and non-binding consultation appointment to get personal advice from us. Alternatively, you will be extensively informed about all necessary details before every first treatment and do not need a separate consultation.
The color and shape selection will also be made together beforehand. All your questions will be answered before pigmentation is performed.
